Chimchurri

If you ask any of my close friends, family, or especially my husband what my favorite food is, they would likely say sauce. My husband has literally self proclaimed me the sauce queen, if that’s even a thing. I would argue that my favorite foods are steak, chocolate covered strawberries, or anything that can go on a dessert menu. I will, however, not deny that I do like flavorful foods and often that means that a sauce or condiment usually finds its way onto my plate. So I guess it’s only fitting that I would honor my love of sauce, and have a whole section of the blog dedicated to it. If you also have a strong affinity, love, or obsession for sauces…welcome friend!

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregeno
  • 1/4 teaspoon Siracha
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs onion
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

 

Directions

Pull all ingredients in a food processor or chopper and pulse until it’s well blended. Yes, that’s literally all you have to do! So simple!
